At Alvord’s our technicians are educated, thorough & knowledgeable when diagnosing your repair. Each technician attends several brand specific trainings throughout the year ensuring they have up to date knowledge for all repairs. All equipment will get a full estimate, estimates are a gauge for our customers to evaluate and decide what repairs are the most important to them, relating to the cost and age of the equipment.

We service all brands of equipment that we sell. We have a STIHL Platinum Certified Technician on staff . All technicians are factory trained, certified and attend annual update schools. 

 Each unit that is serviced has a diagnostic fee. The diagnostic fee is applied to the repair if the unit is fixed. If the unit is not worth repair the fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Blade Rates: 

 Straight/High-Lift Blade $12.00 per blade

 Mulching Blade $16.00 per blade

*All blades and chains are 1 week turn around
